Sheba Platform Limited (SPL) is a leading startup, which started its journey in 2016. SPL uses technology to make lives simpler with the main focus to digitize SMEs and help them grow their business. SPL has three main businesses: Sheba.xyz, sManager and sBusiness.xyz.

SPL aims to work in partnership to modify the existing Human Resource (HR) processes and policies of Sheba Platform Limited (SPL) in a constructive way. To unlock it we need to consider the below work scope:

1. Overall Organizational structure redesigning that includes Salary and grading structure, talent acquisition and retention process, performance management process and policy.

2. Additionally, as we are tapping into the fintech industry we need to consider our HR processes and policies are backed by security in a proper manner.

3. Our main objective is to become the top employer by 2025 hence we need to have a PR and communication plan which will lead to be the best employer.

At this stage we would like to invite other private organizations to collaborate with SPL to ensure more effective, responsive, and durable assistance reaches more people and produces better outcomes for the people we serve.

SPL will acknowledge receipt of the submitted EOI. All selected organizations will be informed on how to proceed further. SPL will use this application for assessment purposes only and information provided by interested organizations will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise mutually agreed.
